‘He/She who self reflects the greatest controls market places today.’

Why do I send you emails regularly to help you with your home business skills and to help you build your backend with the focus on business optimization?

Because many of you are clients of Awakened and you need accountability.

Today I want to discuss a different form of accountability.

It’s accountability toward your growth in the area of self reflection.

Many of my clients are held back by the wrong kind of self reflection.

The wrong kind of self reflection is the same kind that held me back for years when I was a Vice Principal

Here is what the wrong kind of self reflection looks like and what I committed for so many years and see so many of you doing.

1. Over-thinking at the expense of not taking action to get feedback in the market place

(Remember one of our ‘Speed To Market’ principles is this: ‘Feedback is the market place is the answer to all you prayers’.

2. Over-thinking and becoming paralyzed with fear. This kind of paralysis of analysis usually had me saying to myself, ‘Tomorrow I will do it.’

According to author Steven Pressfield, ‘tomorrow’ is the ulitmate form of procrastination.

3. Over-thinking devoid of a system that you have created based on your experiences.

This third type of an incorrect self reflection is what I want you to overcome today.

If you are ready to control your market place today–not tomorrow–here is what you must do:

1. Know your system. Flow chart it out. I have provided you an example with Basic Authoring For

Self reflection always needs to be done using the three modalities of learning and teaching (kinesthetic, auditory and visual) in the Recommendation Age and communicated through the three critical areas of attitudes, skills and knowledge. Your highest end programs and services are never generated in the knowledge domain of your self reflection. They are always created within the areas of attitudes and specific skills that you bring to the market place.

The only way you know what you ultimately offer in the market place is thru self reflection.

And to self reflect in the Recommendation Age means that you know how to flow chart rapid momentum tied to cash flow.

To understand the relationship of value and cash flow, self reflect on this analogy that my mom used to say to me when I was growing up and talking about relationships with the opposite sex: ‘A boy chases a girl until she catches him.’
